Teacher Tamar Osher is a project management expert.

I have project management experience, and people management experience. I assess, plan, implement, and evaluate projects, and do follow-up. I continue and maintain the project throughout planned and unexpected change events.

The focus of Tamar Osher’s design is the audience.

My philosophy of people management and project management is about meeting the needs of my audience. As an expert educational consultant, I design all details of the entire project according to the needs and goals of the audience. Who my students are determines everything.

Tamar Osher uses specialized technology for today.

I have taught online students using Zoom & iPads. I have taught online students using Chromebooks and Google Meet. I currently create multi-media presentations using Pages, Keynote, and iMovie. 

Tamar Osher’s instructional strategy includes dialogues & scenarios.

I have a deep, firm expert grasp of instructional design principles and learning theories, to create and design an entire e-learning experience, from beginning to end. I am highly skilled in creating dialogues and scenarios. I create empowering dialogues for social emotional learning and understanding. I create engaging scenario experiences providing meaningful opportunities to practice newly learned skills, which can be transferred into everyday living.

Tamar Osher collaborates for strategic partnerships.

I successfully work in a wide variety of settings, situations, and social circumstances. I enjoy collaborating with others as a team member, mentor, and team leader. I ensure that each person involved achieves success and 100% of goals. I provide follow-up care. Whatever is going on, it’s the relationship.

I put forth great effort daily, for each individual person, throughout the project, to ensure that assignments and goals are individualized for daily achievement and ongoing success. I enjoy helping others succeed. Their success is my success. I am eager to help you pursue new projects and achieve maximum results. Individualizing the daily learning process for each student is something that I care deeply about.
